These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the HMI Multimedia (“HMI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) photo booth text messaging program. By providing your phone number and checking the consent box at an HMI Multimedia photo booth kiosk, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Program

HMI Multimedia operates photo booths at events. Guests may provide their mobile phone number at the kiosk to receive their photo booth picture(s) by text message (SMS/MMS). Guests may separately and optionally choose to receive occasional marketing or promotional text messages about upcoming HMI Multimedia events and the events of its affiliated brands.

2. Consent to Receive Messages

• By checking the required consent box at the kiosk, you agree to receive one text message containing your photo booth picture from that event.
• If you additionally check the optional marketing consent box, you agree to receive occasional promotional messages. This consent is entirely separate and is never required to receive your photo.
• Consent to receive messages is not a condition of attending any event or of purchasing any product or service.

3. Message Frequency and Cost

Photo delivery messages are sent one time per event. Promotional messages, if opted into, are sent on an occasional, non-fixed schedule. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and plan.

4. How to Opt Out or Get Help

• Reply STOP to any message at any time to opt out of further messages.
• Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at support@hmimultimedia.com.
• After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out.

5. Supported Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service is available on most major U.S. mobile carriers; coverage and availability may vary.

6. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older, and the authorized owner or user of the mobile number you provide, to participate in this messaging program.

7. Changes to the Program or These Terms

HMI Multimedia may modify, suspend, or discontinue this messaging program, or update these Terms, at any time. Continued use of the program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Our collection and use of your information in connection with this program is described in our Privacy Policy.
