This Privacy Policy explains how HMI Multimedia (“HMI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our photo booth services at events, including when you provide your phone number to receive your photo by text message.

1. Information We Collect

When you use an HMI Multimedia photo booth, we may collect:

• Your mobile phone number, which you provide directly at the photo booth kiosk
• Your first name, if you choose to provide it
• The photo(s) taken at the photo booth
• Basic technical information about the messages we send, such as delivery status

We do not collect your phone number or send you any messages unless you actively provide your number and check the consent box at the kiosk.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To send you your photo booth picture(s) by text message (SMS/MMS)
• If you separately opt in, to send you occasional messages about upcoming events and promotions from HMI Multimedia or its affiliated event brands
• To respond to HELP requests and process STOP (opt-out) requests
• To maintain records of consent as required by telecom carriers and applicable law

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your phone number or other personal information to third parties. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

• SMS delivery vendor: We use a third-party messaging platform (such as Twilio) solely to transmit text messages to the number you provide. This vendor processes your number only to deliver messages on our behalf.
• Affiliated brands: If you opt in to receive marketing or promotional messages, your phone number may also be shared with our affiliated event brands — HotWife Community (HWC) and Club BIA Vida — which HMI Multimedia owns and operates, so that they may send you messages about their own events and promotions. This sharing only happens if you check the optional marketing consent box; it is never required to receive your photo.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal process.

4. Your Choices

• You may decline to provide your phone number at the photo booth at any time
• You may opt out of promotional/marketing messages at any time by replying STOP, without affecting your ability to receive your photo
• You may reply HELP to any message for assistance
• To request deletion of your information, contact us using the information below

5. Data Retention

We retain phone numbers and consent records for as long as needed to fulfill the photo delivery service, comply with carrier and legal recordkeeping requirements, and, if applicable, to honor your marketing opt-in or opt-out status.

6. Children’s Privacy

Our photo booth services are intended for use by event guests who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect phone numbers from individuals under 18 for purposes of SMS marketing.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
